NTEX Logistics, part of NTEX Group (NTEX) has today entered into an agreement to acquire RPG Logistics (RPG). RPG operates through cross-docking, 3 PL trucking and freight forwarding and is a leading provider of transportation and logistics services including for Swedish industry, trade, and transport and logistics.
RPG operates with three terminals in the Port of Gothenburg and Sundsvall. Annual turnover of approximately 200 million SEK, over 100 employees.
The terminals in Gothenburg are located directly adjacent to the port and streamline the flow of goods at a very good satisfaction. Through a direct rail connection into the terminal offers its customers many alternative transport.
